On an annual basis, CMI asks various clients to rate their overall satisfaction with the services we provided during the past year. The feedback is vital, as we strive to meet and exceed client expectations for quality threat and crisis response services.

We had an overwhelmingly positive return rate. More than 96 percent of the answers were either "Very Satisfied" or "Extremely Satisfied". The survey asked questions ranging from service delivery to knowledge and competence to professionalism. "These are the best results in the history of CMI's Quality Management Program. We are extremely proud of our progress, and continuing our improvement in the future," said Pat Pillow, Director of Quality Management.
