CHARLOTTE, N.C., Dec. 22 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The 11th annual Contingency Planning Association of the Carolinas (CPAC) Symposium took place on November 21-22 2008, with participation by more than 170 attendees representing several dozen organizations in the public and private sectors.
